Job Summary:

The Account Executive will be responsible for dealing with clients on a daily basis; you will assess projects regarding their suitability as an online study, before providing a full pricing proposal. In meeting their objectives, the Account Executive will meet clients, develop proposals, manage clients and review deliverable prior to forwarding to client. On top of that, you will record and document the sale actions, work with finance team to setup, close, and bill project as per requirement.

Roles/Responsibilities:

The role incorporates the following elements:

§ Prioritise briefs received from the clients and effectively conducting the feasibility / pricing proposal within the agreed timescale.

§ Provide information and/or education to clients around the online research methodology and Lightspeed Research best practices and Research on Research

§ Provide knowledge of Lightspeed Research panel and feasibility / pricing approach to clients and their project managers.

§ Provide suggestions and solutions to constantly improve quality and turn around of bids or administration processes

§ Maintain the proposal database, compiling sales activity reports and coordinating bids from third party suppliers

§ Process JE setup, regular sales/revenue report with support of finance team, project and billing related paper work and documentation.

§ Support Client Development & Sales efforts.

§ Additional task as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

§ One year working experience. Data collection experience, full service market research or on-line market research industry experience is referred.

§ Commercial, Business, Marketing or IT degrees ideal

§ Ability to develop rapport with client management and maintain strong working relationships. Successfully manages client expectations.

§ Must work productively and proactively, have the ability to meet deadlines, and possess strong time management skills.

§ Experiences in dealing with multicultural / multinational clients and suppliers in a regional / global role in MNEs

§ Ability to manage multiple tasks whilst working in a fast-paced environment

§ Excellent communication (both oral and written), attention to detail and follow-up skills are essential.

§ Highly Numerate and analytical

§ Adept with Microsoft: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and the Internet

§ Fluent in English and Mandarin.
