This position will be based in Beijing


Organization :
o This position reports to the Sales Director in Shanghai. Candidate will be based in Beijing, and work from his/her home-office.


Assignments :
o To contribute to business growth and profitability of ARCHITECT@WORK through the achievement of exhibition sales from new and existing businesses
o To meet or exceed sales targets
o To develop and maintain a quality database of exhibitors, potential exhibitors and high quality professionals from the Architects and Designers’ community.
o To build and maintain positive and productive relationships with customers and team members
o To contribute to the growth and development of the event and side events
o To ensure client’s exhibition objectives are met


Education & experience:
o Experience in the architect and design industry required
o Experience in the exhibition or event industry would be a plus
o Experience in sales towards building material companies would be a plus
o A passion for sales in a fast paced and busy environment


Skills :
o Good knowledge of English and Chinese: speaking, reading, writing
o Self-starter, independent and self-driven, you are able to work from a remote location and provide timely reporting to the Shanghai office.
o Have strong customer service skills, a solid work ethic and be highly self motivated and passionate
o Professionally presented, articulate and able to easily develop and maintain relationships with team members and customers.
