岗位说明
1、负责公司主营业务（广告营销、活动营销、新传播业务营销等）的推广和销售的执行工作；
2、负责与新老客户的直接沟通、客情维护、发掘需求、推荐资源等客户执行工作；
3、熟知广告业务进度和公司资源销售情况，提供及时有效的报告和针对性建议；
4、负责业务合同的签署，负责客户付款的请款与催收工作；
5、对内保持信息和执行的良好沟通，对外建立公司良好商誉，接收客户反馈意见，并加强业务销售力；
6、负责组织实施领导交办的其他工作；
任职要求
1、本科学历，市场营销专业优先，两年以上从业经验；
2、形象气质佳，普通话标准，有良好的销售经验和销售工作业绩；
3、责任心强，个性主动、热情，有耐心，能够在压力下自我激励完成工作；
4、具有良好的沟通协调能力、应变能力、团队协作能力和学习能力；
5、熟悉市场营销和广告行业（尤其媒体销售），拥有成熟的销售技巧；
