Position: Machine Design Engineer 设计工程师

Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new automation processes for high volume, small part handling and assembly, design Automated machines and fixtures(robotic handling, laser welding, vision inspection, after die/press automation, locating fixture, etc.)
• Improve all existing equipment and processes and design automated machine and equipment for factory automation system. from concept to detail design, create BOM, supervise assembly, testing, qualification report, commissioning, etc. Create manufacturing documentation to support existing processes and equipment in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements
• Ability to troubleshoot and develop solutions to prototype and production tooling
• Train the engineering technicians and other manufacturing personnel on the production floor on new processes or equipment.
• Assist Product Development team to provide new equipment and tool.

Required Skills:

• Personal computer skills such as Solidworks, MICROSOFT OFFICE and relational database.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well in a Team environment
• Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups
• Ability to work under direct supervision
• Ability to work with clearly defined project steps
• Possess knowledge of new machine development processes and work flow
• Experience in participating on multi-disciplinary product development teams
• Basic knowledge of a particular technical area

Required Experience:

• Bachelor''s degree in a technical discipline
  3-5 years experience using Solidworks on automated machine and tool design.
