Position: Prototype Set Up Technician自动化设备技工

Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for, but not limited to, all aspects necessary for set-up, performance monitoring, preventive maintenance and producing quality parts to achieve total customer satisfaction.

• Set up all assigned machines, include from part machining or wiring, modification, assembly, fine alignment, testing and commissioning, etc.
• Monitor machinery performance and basic preventive maintenance on automated equipment and production line systems.
• Trouble shoot machines, monitor results and make modifications as needed.
• Request set ups and maintenance through the tool room. read, modify circuit diagram, pneumatic schematic, etc.
• Request repairs on machinery from the maintenance department
• Coordinate installations with area lead person, material handler and tool room.
• Set up all assigned machines and monitor machine performance.
• Shut a machine down if safety, quality of parts, or any concerns arise from the operator--it must be reported to the supervisor immediately.
• Completion of all paper work pertaining to department requirements.
• Provide effective communication to all levels of personnel regarding quality, mechanical and/or mold problems.
• Check and measure in-process parts.
• Write labor tickets and production reports.
• Assist operators and departmental personnel to meet job requirements.
• Observe all company rules and procedures including housekeeping, quality of work and safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned or necessary to meet business conditions or changes.
• Adheres to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards.

Required Skills:

• Must provide own tools
  Mechanical aptitude or electrical knowledge
  Attention to detail
  Good organizational and communication skills
  Ability to work in a fast paced work environment
  Must have good or corrected eyesight to insure quality of work.
  Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time
  Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds.

Required Experience:

• 5 or more years of automated machine assembly and testing, troubleshooting experience.
  2 or more years' experience with basic PLC knowledge and wiring automated machines, familiar with electrical control components. or
  2 or more years' experience with automation, familiar with mechanical components, driving components - pneumatic cylinders, motors, etc.
  High school, diploma or equivalent in electronics or in mechanical.
