我们是一家销售海外房产给中国人的公司，分别在西班牙，葡萄牙，德国和美国有办事处。
我们想要在中国寻找专业的房产销售加入我们的团队。
工作职责：
· 约见客户，并了解他们想要哪种类型的房产，为要约见的卖家提供一系列房子以及财务方案，在买家与买家之间充当中介。
· 通过展会，广告，网络，以及参加各种房源挂牌服务，来推广房子的销售工作。
· 保持阅读行业市场新闻，出版刊物，了解房源展示信息以及未来趋势。
· 有需要和我们在海外各国的中介，陪同客户到查看房子。
· 上传更新网站内容，并且能中英互译一些文件。
岗位要求:
· 做事需主动积极，沟通能力强，能同时承受多种任务。
· 约见客户时，有客户服务技巧，并能建立相互之间的信任。
· 销售和市场技能，展示，推广并出售我们的产品和服务。需要有营销策略和战术，以及销售技巧。
· 管理和文字书写技能，管理一些文件。

Real Estate Firm looking for Sales Agents
We are a company selling overseas real estate in China, with offices in Spain, Portugal, Germany and United States.
We are seeking Real Estate Sales Professionals in Chinese Market to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
· Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking; Provide lists of properties that meet the buyers' needs and financial resources; Act as an intermediary for negotiations between buyers and sellers
· Promote sales of properties through exhibitions, advertising, networking, and participation in multiple listing services;
· Keep current on the market by reading industry news and publications, studying listings, and following trends.
· Possibility to travel if needed to visit properties with customers accompanied by our agents in other countries.
· Upload some content to our website using the provided tools, and be able to translate some content from English to Chinese.
Job Requirements:
· Must be a self-starter, have good communication skills and be able to multi-task
· Customer Service Skills required to meet the needs of clients and build trusting relationships
· Sales and Marketing Skills needed for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics and sales techniques
· Administrative and Clerical Skills required to manage files.
