职位描述
工作职责：
1. 现场或远程解决客户设备故障；
2. 定期向售后部门经理和德国总部汇报设备故障情况和解决方案；
2. 支持、协助德国售后团队的现场工作；
3. 及时了解和反馈客户需求，保持良好的客户关系；
4. 为销售部门提供技术支持。
任职资格：
1. 电气自动化，机电一体化或相关专业；
2. 1年以上的现场服务经验；
3. 能熟练阅读电气和机械图纸；
4. 良好的学习能力；
5. 良好的沟通能力和解决问题的能力；
6. 熟练的英语书写和口语能力；
7. 具有团队精神和独立工作能力。
