职位描述:
1. 负责跟踪生产计划完成情况，协助解决生产过程中所出现的问题；
Follow up the implementation of production plan, assisting PC to solve the problems during process ;
2. 收集和反馈生产计划的异常，并协调处理，确保产品准时交货；
Positive and timely feedback the problems encountered during the execution of a plan, and coordinate with related department to solve the problem, make sure the plan fulfilled.
3. 与工程生产部门协调，及时处理跟踪暂扣品；
To track the hold lots & push the related engineer/MFG guys to dispose them timely;
4. 紧急产品订单的全线跟踪和协调；
To closely follow up the urgent devices to meet SOD;
5. 生产周期/按时交货率控制；
CT/OTD control;
6. 服从上级领导安排的其它工作事项；
Obedience to implement the task assigned by management;

岗位要求：
1.理工类相关专业专科及以上学历，或至少1年及以上生产计划/封装工程/封装生产等相关经验，和有半导体行业经验者优先；
College degree or above in science and engineering or relevant major, minimum 1 year's experience in production planning/ assembly engineer/ assembly MFG, preferred in semiconductor manufacturing factory;

2.能适应12小时翻班工作；
Flexible with shift arrangement (Day: 8:30-20:30, Night: 20:30-08:30);
3.能够熟练使用自动化办公软件；
Good MS-office skills;
4.良好的沟通力，较强的分析和逻辑思维；
Strong communication skills and analytical skill and logical thinking;
5.有责任心，能承受工作压力；
Ability to work self-responsible & able to work under pressure;
6.具备较好的英语读写能力。
Good English both in spoken and written.
