岗位职责
1）负责按照设计要求完成装配任务
2）执行生产工艺文件准备, 熟读电器图和识别电器元件；
3）装配工艺过程问题诊断及查找；
4）确保产量和质量目标的实现；
5）负责对现场的进行5S实施；
6）负责领导安排的临时任务。

岗位要求
1. 技校及以上学历，主修机电或相关工程类专业；有一定的英语基础。
2. 能熟练阅读电气装配图
3. 有3 年以上设备电气装配方面的经验优先;
4. 能根据公司的业务需求临时调整工作岗位或工作时间；
5. 极强的动手操作能力，具备良好的沟通能力和团队意识；
6. 具有电工资格证书。
