外汇策略师 职位说明

职位要求如下：

1. 学历要求：经济学、金融学、统计、数学专业硕士或以上学历；

2. 工作经验：有8年以上银行外汇研究或交易工作经验；

3. 英语要求：精通英语听说读写，CET-6（含）以上；

4. 专业要求：理论功底扎实，熟悉宏观经济研究方法，具有较强的信息搜集、数据整理、分析判断能力，具有战略前瞻性思维和敏锐的市场洞察力，对外汇市场有深刻的理解，具备专业资格证书，有海外留学、工作经历，在外汇研究领域具有一定影响力者优先；

5. 个性要求：对金融业有热诚，热爱投资，逻辑清晰，思维严密，有较强的学习能力、书面口头表达能力、执行能力和团队协作精神，能承受竞争的压力及海外交易时间差引起的不定期工作时间变化，愿意接受挑战，与公司一起成长。

FX Strategist

Job description

1. Education : Holder of Master’s Degree of Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics or equivalent ;

2. Working experience: At least 8 years solid experiences in FX research or/and trading activities gained in international bank, financial institutions or world-class research companies;

3. Major requirements:
Apart from an in-depth theoretical knowledge of core macro-economic issues, this position requires the candidate to possess very strong research ability in data sourcing, screening, processing and strategic analysis.
With an independent forward-looking mind and sharp market insights, an ideal candidate should be able to support an investment team on strategies formulation for foreign exchange investments in global markets.
With overseas study and job history, candidate has records of outstanding achievement (such as research reports published in investment journals and/or interviewed by media) in the relevant field is highly preferred.

4. Personal attributes :
Enthusiasm in investment.
A Strong logical and analytical thinker.
Sound leadership skills and co-ordination ability in a team environment.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Able to work under pressure and adjust quickly to changes. (Candidates may have to work consecutive hours or overnight shift in case of market crises or abnormalities.)
