The responsibilities for this position are to manage the purchasing department communicating with customers about the shipments and with the suppliers for timely deliveries, issuing Purchase Orders to suppliers, plan and schedule reception of goods from suppliers, plan and schedule international shipments to customers.

Specifically:

Receiving and recording incoming Orders from customers.

Issuing Purchase Orders to Suppliers.

Recording the Purchase Orders in the relevant databases (ERP System)

Negotiating conditions with suppliers.

Communicating with suppliers for deliveries and making sure that the deliveries are timely and according to company requirements.

Updating Delivery Status Sheets for customers and communicating with customers about the shipments.

Use ERP system to Prepare shipment documents for the Accounting Department.

Updating shipment databases according to the deliveries.

Manage and lead the Purchasing Department to work towards company goals.

Follow company procedures and ISO requirements during daily work.

Strong responsibilities and team-work spirit is preferred.

Fluent in English.

Excellent operation of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office software.
