Job Description:
1.Assisting the Treasurer in ensuring the financial support to operations in the APAC Region, supporting the Companies in the management of the relationship with banks and coordinating the execution of funding transactions, ensuring the consistency with Group standard in terms of documentation and support
2.Assisting the Treasurer in ensuring efficiency and security in the management of the Companies cash balances and that the liquidity is invested in compliance with Group policy and guidelines
3.Treasury Planning: Management of short term treasury planning in order to optimize the general funding activity, liquidity investments and cash management
4.Trade and Project Finance: supporting the Companies in the implementation of asset based financing and trade finance transactions
5.Supervise the consolidation of cash flow forecast at regional level, interacting with the local CFOs in understanding the assumptions used for modeling the process
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance or business, and at least two years of experience
2.Experience with financial work
3.Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, financial reporting
4.Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to foster a cooperative work environment
5.Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
6.Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and/or projections
7.Skill in examining and identifying improvements for operations and procedures
