Main responsibilities
1. Incoming material control and final inspection using appropriate procedure for specified projects
2. Identify, arrange and file all documents records and certificates for specified projects
3. Keep all NDT and TESTING records update for specified projects
4. Testing and NDT related issues coordinator
5. Register and follow-up NCR’s photograph where applicable and keep communication with supplier through operation purchasing
6. NCR summary and analysis, also discuss NCRs with purchase for appropriate action to be taken
7. Setup related inspection specification and procedure wherever needed for specified projects and make agreement with related dept.
8. Measurement equipment calibration control
9. Responsible for follow up on production work flow of specified projects
10. Participating and contributing in improvement of specific projects
11. Participating and contributing in new product development of specific projects through QFD


Qualifications
1. University level /Collage Degree within fabrication manufacturing processes.
2. Strong electrical background.
3. Internal auditor certification
4. Familiar with marine industry are preferred.
5. Welding knowledge in fabrication
6. Painting knowledge in blasting and coatings
7. Fluent English in writing and speak
8. IT skills
