工作职责：

1、负责公司网站维护、更新；

2、根据市场战略以及网站特点，确定网站推广目标和推广方案，并且负责执行；

3、通过seo和各种网络资源提升公司网站在google等搜索引擎的收录、关键词排名、访问量；

4、有效发布房源广告，通过网络途径为公司最大化的获得客户；

5、负责收集公司房源广告的素材和照片

6、熟练运用论坛、微博等推广公司信息（英文网站，纯英文软文）。


职位要求：

1、大专以上学历，计算机、电子商务、网页制作 或相关专业，
2. 1年以上相关工作经验；
3. 勤奋，肯专研
4、熟练掌握英语，良好的英语沟通技巧及读写基础；
5、熟练掌握seo技术、精通各大搜索引擎的排名机制和优化原则；
6、熟练运用google adwards, 理解其中的原理和方法；
7、熟练运用和操作网站结构优化和页面优化，会建立外部链接； 
8、懂得网络营销的各种方式方法，掌握电子邮件营销的手段及方法；
9、熟悉欧美客户的网络使用习惯和消费心理；
10、善于与人沟通，良好的团队合作精神和高度的责任感，能够承受压力，有创新精神，保证工作质量。
