Responsibilities:

To drive the six sigma deployment process including the defined six sigma strategy / activities in the unit
Meet and deliver the six sigma KPIs and business plan, including reporting and follow up
Work as a change agent / ambassador to promote six sigma in the organization
Ensure that six sigma resources (BB,GB, Sponsors etc) of the unit are available and effectively utilized & supported with adequate coaching & mentoring
Ensure that Unit six sigma policies, strategies & deployment plan / activities are deployed and are aligned to that of the Group, Division / B.U. & Country
To be the prime interface of the unit with country / BU champion and MBBs including other relevant six sigma communities
Drive and facilitate “The Bridge of Business Excellence” culture implementation
Assist and support the management team in this process
Collaborate closely with HR for training and people development
Deliver trainings to the work location and the management team where needed
Ensure the effective usage of the ‘Business Excellence Toolbox’


Requirements:

· University degree in Engineering or Business Management or equivalent
Specific Experience
- Minimum 8-10 years total working experience with min 2-3 years in supervisor / managerial role in multinational companies environment
- Knowledge / experience in an organization with six sigma and ME culture
- Trained & Certified Black Belt / Green Belt with 1-2 own projects completed
- Up-to-date knowledge in six sigma DMAIC & exposed to DFSS/Lean
- Expert of minitab
· Knowledge / Skills

- Strong business focus & understanding of general business environment
- Knowledge in project management
- Excellent in communication and in forming strong partnerships
- A strong drive to deliver result
- Able to influence without authority and work in a matrix/cross cultural environment
- Good training & presentation skills
- Able to translate strategic directives into action plans
- Able to adapt quickly to challenging and changing roles and responsibilities
- Self motivated
- A good team player and able to manage conflict
- Fluency in both written & spoken English
