Job Responsibilities:
岗位职责:

1. To work on new product development independently, to implement localization of core technology.
独立完成新产品开发项目，实现核心技术的国产化；
2. Design and implement experimental facilities to develop related test methods.
设计与实施实验性设备，制定相关的测试方法；
3. Responsible for solving the technical problems of experimental testing.
负责解决测试过程中的技术问题；
4. Work together with the manufacturing team to put new designs into production, then monitor all the qualification phases.
与制造团队合作将新设计变为成品，并监督质量论证过程；
5. Cooperate with the Marketing and Service teams to optimize the product in order to match the market’s needs.
与市场及售后团队合作，优化产品以满足市场需求。

Qualifications:
任职资格:

1. Bachelor Engineering degree or higher with major in Refrigeration Engineering preferred.
理工科本科及以上学历，制冷工程专业优先考虑；
2. Relevant working experience in the Refrigeration or Air Conditioning industry.

Experience in commercial foodservice equipment preferred.
制冷或空调行业相关工作经验，拥有商用餐饮设备行业经验者优先考虑；
3. Familiar with refrigeration systems, facility testing requirements.
熟悉制冷系统、设备的测试要求；
4. Familiar with laboratory testing and can use all kinds of test devices and perform calibrations.
熟悉实验室测试及各种计量仪器的使用；
5. Have a good sense of a factory organization and requirements.
熟悉并了解工厂的组织架构与要求；
6. Exercise good teamwork, eager to progress and not wait for challenges.
拥有良好的团队合作精神，渴望进步而不是等待挑战；
7. Interested in working on new projects and sharing personal experiences to help other colleagues.
致力于新项目的开发，并愿意分享自己的经验来帮助其他同事；
8. Good English (both written and spoken) and superior communication ability.
良好的英语及沟通交流能力。
