岗位职责

1 全面负责公司质量工作、负责质量管理体系的建立和维护并定期向管理层报告体系的运行情况；
2 监督、协调、解决、保证公司质量工作；负责重大质量问题的内外处理工作；
3 组织编制公司年度质量改进计划、并组织实施；
4 负责供应商的质量管理、负责产品放行的批准和组织不合格品的评审；
5 负责监控和测量器具的控制和质量管理体系有关的数据分析；
6 参与产品设计开发的评审、风险管理、过程确认、合同评审；
7 负责质量档案、标准操作程序、负责产品档案及留样管理工作；
8 负责对退回的产品提出处理的办法；
9 负责客户投诉和抱怨的处理；
10 参与质量管理体系内审和管理评审；
11 安排及协调本部门工作并负责本部门人员岗位培训及考核。


素质要求
1 专科及以上学历，英语听说读写能力熟练；
2 具有5年以上外企同等相关管理工作经验且有医疗器械行业工作经验为佳；
3 具有医疗器械行业工作经验与国家注册质量工程师优先考虑；
4 需具有ISO9001/ISO3485/ISO4001 内审员资格；
5 具有良好的口头及书面沟通能力。
