1. 负责新建ERP系统内的Item, BOM和Routing，并根据ECO的具体内容及时更新图纸和ERP系统资料。(Be responsible for creating new Item, BOM and Routing in ERP system. Complete to timely update the related drawing and ERP system according to ECO information.)
2. 根据销售新的具体应用选择适合的产品型号。(According to new application from sales to recommend the reliable model.)
3. 熟悉在无锡厂生产的产品的零部件和成品的具体功能和结构。为其他部门提供技术支持。(Be familiar with the structure and function for all parts and products made in Wuxi. So can provide technical support to other departments.)
4. 推动ECO(工程改变申请单)的完成以达到预期的成本及质量指标。(Drives Engineering Change Orders to implement to achieve cost reductions and quality improvements.)
5. 负责与美国技术中心沟通, 并能把信息有效传达。 (Communicate with America technical centers, and send effectively information.)
6. 按需要参与或协调工作小组完成项目。 (Lead project team to complete some specific projects.)
7. 完成领导安排的其他任务。 (Complete the other job from leader.)

Part 2. Describe the Person

1. 机械类大学本科学历、学士学位、有设计/加工工艺背景更佳。 (Mechanical engineering degree, prefer to ones major in design or manufacture engineering)
2. 有3年以上在机械行业公司工作经验。 (3 or more years experiences in areas of mechanical company.)
3. 良好的中, 英文语言表达能力, 能阅读英语技术文件。 (Good for China and English. Be able to read English technical documents.)
4. 能熟练应用一般计算机办公软件及CAD软件（3D 和 2D）。 (Be familiar with office software and CAD.)
5. 良好的学习能力、思考聪敏. (Quick learner and thinker.)
6. 工作仔细、高效、认真负责,良好的团队协调及沟通能力.(Careful, efficient, responsible and reliable, team player and good communication skill)
7. 主动发现及能有系统地解决问题的能力。 (A systematic problem-solving ability.)
8. 有流体高压阀，密封件和机加工经验者优先考虑
