As a Procurement Analyst at Caterpillar, you will perform customer support functions for the MY SUPPLY CABINET (MSC) software used in procurement of non-inventoried indirect goods and services.



JOB DUTIES:


To arrange purchasing activities and procedures according to the request from NPI/Engineering team, submit the PR to GP;

Material acceptation coordination between suppliers, NPI and engineering team;

Maintain the NPI and localized parts in the NPI warehouse;

Work with finance and supply chain to make the goods receiving in SAP / MSC system;

Apply and distribute the material according to the request from GP & Engineering & UK team;

Other tasks assigned by supervisor;

Manage supplier payments and schedule, summarize the supplier tooling cost and make the monthly update;

Qualification:


1. Fluent English, both oral and written;


2. Be familiar with SAP / MSC system;
