职位描述
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Establish/share best practice for electronic product design
2. Define/optimize design process to increase competitive performance
3. Oversee the project including planning on budgets and schedules, staffing, execution of program commitments (cost, schedule, technical)
4. Directly contribute to new project (including make official designing base on the input from customer, assist on product mechanical design, prepare relevant designing documents including basic design concepts, competitor analysis, schematic simulation, DFMEA, BOM, cost calculation and etc).
5. Lead the design review for projects.
6. Lead the review of electronic materials FASS (First Article Sample Submission) report
7. Identify risks and implement appropriate mitigation plans
8. Assist in transitioning products from engineering into manufacturing and helping with process engineering where needed.
9. Effectively communicate written and oral status reports to the management and customer
10. Coach and develop subordinate, to enforce the technical level and maintain the consistency
11. Monitor and motivate the working performance of the design team, to ensure the achievement of targets/goals by using KPI
12. Maintain a high level of customer and quality focus
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
1. 5 years or above experience in electronic product design
2. More than 2 years experiences of leadership in planning and executing the design
3. Experience working in global engineering environment
4. UL, FCC, EMC certificate experience will be preferred

EDUCATION/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor degree or above in Electronic Engineering
2. Good communication skill, especially Fluent Chinese and English language abilities will be preferred
3. Good command in Excel, Word , Windows operation and Power Point;
4. Problem-solving skill
