Responsibility
- Contribute to the supplier selection and approval during Pre-Qualification process (prototype/serial)
- Involve supplier early in development process
- Contribute in the evaluation of supplier feasibility studies
- Support contract reviews
- Provide input to APDS project team
- Lead supplier APQP-process following S-APQP description in ASM
- Responsible for review, validation, and approval of PPAP (following AS 404)
- Support and contribute to supplier training
- Analyze any component non-conformities reported by PQ/AMC in order to determine and verify supplier or ALV concern
- Communicate and follow up with suppliers on non conforming deliveries (manage NCM reporting according to ASM)
- Manage incoming inspection activity as required
- Initiate Q-alert as appropriate (AS 62 and AS 53)
- Initiate and follow up on containment action within affected Autoliv plants, and at the supplier (including the disposition of all defective components)
- Responsible for Supplier 8D process (according to ASM and AS 63 including problem escalation)
- Verify effectiveness of corrective actions (Go and See)
- Prioritize, plan, conduct, and close supplier process audits (AS 2 and AS 69) in collaboration with CSQ, Supplier Development, and Purchasing
- Provide data for supplier performance measure (AS 51 and OPI 3)
- Continuous improvement

Requirement:
- 3-5 years experience in quality automotive divisions and statistical background in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to achieve objectives with little direct support.
- Must be used to work with international team
- Experiences of measurement and supplier development, management
- Knowledge and mastery of ADPS&APS
- Specialist of Automotive Airbag products
- Knowledge of APQP&PPAP
- Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, etc.
