Main tasks and duties:
Make the manpower plan of production in short term, mid-term and long term
Take charge of make the production capacity plan and budget (equipment, process, plant expanding)
Lead, motivate and train the production team to make sure the efficiency and quality of production products
Improve the production process procedure
Take responsible of maintaining and improving the norm-hour systems and making all kinds of production reports
Continuous improvement of production environment, improve 5S & labor protection
Analysis the problems happened in production and keep it improvement
Take charge of all the production issues in workshop
Necesarry professional knowledge：
1.Over 8 years working experience in MNC. At least 4 years working as production manager in automotive enterprise
2.Proficient in English (listening, speaking and writing), German language are a plus
3.cellent in MS Office.
4.A comprehensive understanding of Lean production and Kanban system
5.Ability to communicate efficient; excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork spirit and diligence

主要工作内容：

1.负责提出设备、人员、工装预算及需求；

2. 负责对生产部人员进行培训，确保生产产品的效率及质量；

3. 负责建立标准工时核算系统，负责生产各类报表的形成；

4.负责生产环境的不断改进，5S工作的推进，员工劳动保护；

5.负责对生产异常进行分析，持续改进。

任职要求：

1.本科以上学历；

2.有五年以上线束或相关行业工作经验；

3.熟悉精益生产、TS16949等基本知识；

4.有较强的领导和协调力以及管理能力,责任心强，富有团队精神与敬业精神；

5.英语听说读写流利。
