Job Description:
Main Responsibilities:
1. Take care for qualified calculation and offers.
2. Discuss and solve together with the customers technical problems.
3. Make the project planning and manage the delivery of assigned project or subproject.
4. Effectively communicate project progress, issues and risks with stakeholders and own management, ensure timely escalation when necessary.
5. Keep good relationships with customers and manage customer expectation successfully.
6. Support to Sales and Services management in review of opportunities, creating the solution proposals and project documentation, project plan and estimates.

Requirements:
1. Degrees in tool making, machining or other related fields.
2. morn than 8 years related experiences ,including at least 4 years' working experience in foreign company.
3. Demonstrated being familiar with project management best practices and methodologies.
5. Excellent communication skills to customer, supplier and management team.
6. Self-starter, team-work, adaptability, accountability.


职能：压铸件、注塑件项目经理
工作内容：
主要职责：
1.监管核算和报价精确。
2.与客户讨论和解决技术问题。
3.项目的策划和运作项目或子项目的交货管理。
4.与项目相关者和内部管理人员有效沟通项目的进展、问题和风险，必要时,确保及时展开。
5.与客户保持良好的关系，成功管理客户的期望。
6.在支持销售和售后服务管理的同时，做出相应的解决方案和项目文件、项目计划和评估。

任职要求：
1.具有模具制造、机加或其它相关领域的学位。
2.8年以上工作经验，其中至少有4年外资企业的工作经验。
3.熟悉项目管理的最佳实践和方法。
5.与客户、供应商和管理团队具有良好的沟通技巧。
6.积极主动、具有团队合作精神、适应能力强、责任心强。

Our customers are mainly from Germany.
