汇报：上海办公室行政事务助理主任
工作内容：

• 建立、维护和改进办公室管理流程，保证办公室正常运营。
• 提供差旅管理，安排各种会议。
• 协调和管理办公室运营和后勤采购供应商。
• 分配和管理办公室资产。
• 负责办公室文件管理。
• 负责重要会议记录。
• 承担简单的翻译工作。
• 维护办公室的IT硬件设施，和供应商协调解决基本问题。
• 辅助办公室经理安排宣传和校友活动等，并负责处理相关信息。
• 辅助直接领导完成其他布置的其他工作。

工作要求：

• 学士学位及以上学历。
• 2012年大学毕业生或有1-2年的工作经验。 。
• 良好的中文和英文沟通能力。
• IT硬件和软件的基本知识和实践技能，包括: internet和intranet设施, Office, 数据库, 网页设计和SNS等。
• 具有良好的独立工作能力，并具备强烈的团队意识。
• 积极主动、自我激励的工作态度和优秀的人际沟通技巧。
• 关注细节。
• 个性成熟，具备自觉地保密意识。
• 乐于学习和秩序的自我改善。
• 执行力强，能在一定压力下工作。
• 热心地支持团队成员。

Role: Responsible for execution of offica administration.
Location: Shanghai
Report to Assistant Director of Administration, Shanghai Office
Description:

• Establish, maintain and improve office admin process for smooth office operation.
• Make travel management and schedule all kinds of meetings.
• Coordinate and supervise vendors for office admin and procurement.
• Allocate and manage office assets.
• File and maintain office documents.
• Take meeting notes in meetings.
• Take light written translation.
• Maintain IT hardware facilities and solve basic issues in coordination with vendors.
• Assist managers to arrangement promotion and alumni events and handle data produced.
• Assist direct supervisor to perform other duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 2012 undergraduate or candidates who have 1-2 years work experience.
• Good communication skill in both Mandarin and English.
• Basic knowledge and practical skills in IT hardware and software, including internet and intranet facilities, MS Office, database, webpage design and SNS, etc.
• Work independently and as a part of the team.
• Proactive work attitude and good interpersonal skill.
• Strong attention to the details.
• Mature and conscious to keep confidentiality.
• Willing to learn and improve continuously.
• Warm-hearted and supportive to team members.
