Job Responsibilities:

General Responsibilities

1) Facilitate our Chinese product with South East Asia partner.

2) Formulating and executing most effective game updates.

3) Monitoring social networks and social media advertising.

4) Communicate between third-party providers and our SEA partners in localizing game content including text, image and audio (if needed).


GM Responsibilities
1) Forum supervision and reply
2) Server monitoring and inspection
3) In game interaction with players
4) In game event planning and execution
5) Detecting, compiling and reporting game bugs and plug-ins



Job Requirements:(Education\Experience\Skill)

1) 2 years of GM experience. Education trivial

2) Skill wise applicants must be comfortable with English and writing emails in English. There will be minimal Chinese interaction in all areas. You will be working with people who are native to English nearly 80% of the time.

3) A game lover is a must, foreign experience is a plus. An applicant with analytical skill is pivotal.

4) Must be outgoing, extremely diligent, and attention to detail is a must.

5) Strong communication skills both written and spoken (in English and Chinese).

6) Due to the nature of the flat structure of this operation, all employees must be and must have an outspoken nature and a natural tendency to take charge.

7) Must have PPT, Word and Excel skills.

8) Willingness to answer questions.
