Main responsibilities:
- Follow up purchase order from different business units and locations in different countries.
- Coordinate delivery change, material availability with suppliers and business units
- Continuously optimize supplier base by identifying the new competitive source and support the cross functional team to develop the suppliers in the region in conjunction with commodity strateis and company policy
- Research commodity market intelligence and its industry trend
- Conduct periodic reviews and on-going discussions with suppliers to explore cost reduction opportunities
- Manage high level supplier relationships and conduct regular supplier business performance review in order to minimize the potential business risk
- Recommend, implement, and enforce corporate and department procedures.

Profile:
1. Majored in mechanics. (with the perference of work experience in factory and mechanical design, but not mandatory.)
2. At least 3 years of purchasing experience, at least one year of sourcing experience.
3. Fluent English. (interview of purchasing knowledge will be done in English.)
4. Excellent negotiation skills, initiative, good team player, open-minded and willing to learn.
5. Oversea experience is preferred.
