岗位职责 Position Description：
车身或内外饰件的零件尺寸检查、拼装、尺寸评估、问题分析、工装调整、尺寸质量提高等。
1.在检具上检查零件尺寸，并提出改进意见；
2.在夹具上拼装分总成和车身，发现拼装问题；
3.使用手动三坐标或测量工具测量零件和工装；
4.对照匹配问题，利用数据进行分析；
5.利用数据调整工装、提升质量。
任职资格 Candidate Qualifications:
学历：中专或以上
专业：汽车或机械制造
职业培训：技工中级以上证书或尺寸方面相关培训
工作经验：有汽车或零部件设计或制造经历者优先
基本要求：
1.机械技工的技能，或有较高钣金技术；
2.具有Windows操作能力；
3.熟悉机械图纸，掌握几何尺寸与公差配合知识；
4.较强的协调沟通能力；
5.积极上进，具有工作主动性。
