职位要求/ Qualification/background
1. 大专学历 (机械专业), College educated, majored in mechanical engineering.
2. 最好能有机械行业生产或检测工作背景/ Better with experience in mechanical manufacturing/inspecting.
3. 有紧固件检测方面经验的可放宽学历要求(中专,技校) / Technical school educated people with fasteners inspection experience are also optional.
4. 英语良好者优先 / Good English in reading/writing, spoken English would be a plus point.
5. 电脑熟练, 熟悉office 2000, 有SAP/ERP 经验者优先 / Good computer skills, familiar with office 2000, experience with SAP/ERP would be a plus point.
6. 有良好的团队合作精神和沟通技巧 / Team player, good communication skills.
职位描述/ Job description:
1. 学习紧固件标准, 熟悉紧固件性能. / Learn standard of fasteners, to understand specification of fasteners.
2. 使用各种测试仪器: 尺寸, 硬度, 拉力测试 (进料检测或样品检测)／ Use all kinds of testing equipments: Dimensional equipment + HRC, Tensile….to inspect incoming goods/samples (fasteners).
3. 在SAP中录入紧固件质量判定，保证质量／To make usage decision for trading goods(fasteners) in SAP, assure the quality.
4. 协助采购处理不合格品 / Cooperate with purchasing to deal with unqualified goods.
5. 偶尔出差，确保送货质量／Occasionally travel to suppliers, insure the delivered quality.
6. 为完成紧急检测，有时需要加班／Occasionally work over time to complete urgent inspection.
