JD: logistics coordinator;



-Planning and negotiation with transport company under supervision of the C.O.O.

-Responsible to follow up the purchase order, confirmation, delivery and tracking of delivery date;

-Report all the information demanded

-Prepare the specification for all the sourcing products

-Improve product quality and shorten delivery time.

- Handling and resolving all the claims.

-Reviews, vendor management, maintain relationship and partnership with suppliers.

-Other work assigned by leader.



QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:



-Female, local is prior;

- Minimum 2-3 years working experiences of logistics companies;

- Good communication/coordination skills;
- Work independently to solve problem;
- College degree;
- Capacity to comply with deadlines, flexibility;
-Speaking ,writing and reading perfectly in english.
