Job responsibilities (main tasks) / 工作职责：
- Support HR leader to manage Rieter Shanghai HR process from Recruiting, staffing, engagement and management
- Support ARCH recruiting activities
- Performs and coordinates On-boarding and integration activities
- Manage the ARCH employee exit process execution
- Provides support and liaise with agency interfaces and administration
- Support HR team on key employee retention programs
- Be involved in HR initiatives and assist projects where possible
- Coordinate with internal and external resource on various employee’s service and monitor the execution of

day to day service and its quality.
- Lead and act as communicate bridge to employees at central level
- Support HR BPs to follow up with employees/line managers on critical HR issues at central level.
- Support on C&B tasks, which need to be handled by local ARCH.
- Supports staff insurance scheme administration in line with C&B Service.
- Provide the ARCH local learning and development activities, eg.

Employee learning programs coordination, management and development initiatives.
- Support on HR quality system development and the documentation.
- HR Data Analysis, Metrics and Reporting: Performs and provides consulting support in the areas of:
- Develops and manages HR work process documentation, performance management metrics and data collection,

serve as change agent for policies and procedures
- Analyzes trends and makes recommendations on work process improvements
- Reviews system data and assists with HR data integrity issues
- Support office administration management tasks as assigned.

Job qualifications/任职条件：
- Bachelor or Post Graduate
- At least 5 years HR professional experience with high potential but more expertise in Recruitment and Staffing

field /Learning & Organizational Development/Employee Communication area, including Specialist experience (Minimum 2 years) in one or more of the HR service functions (Recruitment and Staffing, Learning & Organizational Development , Employee Relations and etc.)
- Demonstrated analytical and work process management capabilities
- Bachelor degree and above;
- Good knowledge in HR process and policies
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal and networking skills
- Customer focused with serving attitude
- Project experience is plus
- Proficiency oral and writing in English
- Office software
- Open/Direct/pay attention on details/customer oriented/Good Team Player
