职位描述
Position Title:Finance Director
Report to:General Manager
Location: Shanghai, China
Scope and Responsibilities:
? Responsible for the setting up, maintenance and improvement of financial and management accounting, internal control, fiscal and management reporting, tax and treasury processes in China.
? Supervises and maintains an efficient financial accounting function, including the continuous review of sub-ledger reconciliation, inventory stock take and fixed asset registers.
? Develops factory accounting and costing procedures to ensure the integrity of our standard costing systems and the accuracy of our inventory valuation.
? Engages in strategic pricing decisions and assist in contracts development for major orders.
? Manages our working capital, cash flow, and related treasury activities.
? Ensuring compliance with local and US corporate reporting and statutory requirements and adhering to tight time schedules.
? Critically reviews the monthly financial statements and prepares management information to help the management team improve profitability and reduce costs.
? Prepares financial projections and business planning reports.
? Prepares an annual/quarterly budget, incorporating an operational budget, cash forecast, revenue forecast and capital expenditure budget.
? Determines transfer price for existing and new product development.
? Develops and implements policies and practices to ensure compliance to local regulations whilst minimizing costs to the company.
? Develops and implements policies and procedures that significantly improve internal control and safeguard company assets.
? Advises on legal and taxation compliance issues relating to the organization
? Continues to identify and develop costing saving opportunities.
? Responses for import & export foreign exchange settlement and export rebate.
Requirements: ? Minimum of 8 years financial ,accounting management experience in a trading or manufacturing environment with a multinational company
? Familiar with US GAAP reporting
? Self-motivated, high integrity
? Highly organized with well-developed analytical skills and commercial judgment
? High proficiency in IT skills
? Oral and written fluency in English and Mandarin required
? Good communication skill
