Business Manager
(Lab Instruments/ Oil Refinery Real Time Analyzer)
(can work from any part of China)
Summary
Drives growth in Process Analytics market segment through direct & indirect management of sales, sales operations, field service and aftermarket. Works with functional leaders to accomplish stated goals. Cooperates with other Market Segment leaders to achieve overall company goals.

ü Are you familiar with Real Time Analyzer in oil refinery industry ?

ü Do you have proven sales record with oil refinery or petrol chemical industries ?
ü Do you have at least 5 consecutive years of experience in one company ?
ü Can you communicate smoothly in English with Caucasian?

Duties & Responsibilities
· Meet/ Exceed sales and growth targets for market segment
· Increase revenue & margin level for each representative and distributor
· Set-up channel goals and provide on-going channel performance feedback
· Conduct channel selection, termination and consolidation
· Implement project and opportunity forecasting, owns territory sales funnel
· Develop & execute growth strategy plans to increase market penetration
· Anticipate and analyse customer (current & future trends) needs, industry market segment trends and competitive threats.
· Take action to address opportunities and / or mitigate threats. Conduct territory data analysis
· Responsible for customer management, technical, financial and terms & conditions problem resolving administrative responsibilities include reporting, expenses, receivable, etc
· Coordinate and manage customer interface process including project bids, quotes and customer delivery
· Identify new projects and leads pursuit efforts involving sales channel, end user, EPCs and integrators
· Identify key account targets and develop strategic marketing and sales plans for each of them
· Provide direct key account management
· Launch new products in the territory
· Provide information & intelligence for new products & solutions
Qualification
§ At least a Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience
§ Minimum 5 - 7 years’ of relevant experience in the process automations/ instrumentation/ analytics industry
§ Accomplished negotiator
§ At least 5 years of proven managerial experience
§ Experience within a global organisation preferred
§ Good command of English, both written and spoken
§ Expect 50% of traveling within China
