岗位职责：

1. 寻找产品供应商, 询价、报价。

2. 校对技术工艺、样品、板卡等与生产密切相关的因素；

3.生产进度的制定与落实，安排监督开发进度，保证样品正常提供；

4.制单，下单，跟单等工作项目；

5.跟踪产品到货时间及质量状况，监督合同执行情况。跟踪订单的生产进度，安排产品的发货；
6.负责样品的申请、收集及分发，接待客户等销售辅助工作；

7.负责对帐及催收货款工作；
8.上级布置的其他任务。

1-Supplier sourcing, Product sourcing, inquiries, quotations.

2-collate samples, drawings and other related factors

3-Follow up the production, insure the supply of samples.

4-Order handling, Document handling, and follow up.

5-Follow the time of delivery

6-Samples application, collection, Client Reception and other Sales Assist.
7-Make statements, ask for the payment.

8-Other tasks from the supervisor.

任职资格

1、 大专及以上学历；

2、 一年以上外贸跟单相关领域工作经验，有外企相关领域工作经验者优先考虑；

3、 熟悉进出口业务跟单操作流程，熟悉货物运输安排及相关注意事项；

4、 良好的英语听说读写能力，熟练的计算机应用技巧，较强的沟通表达能力，独立处理工作能力强；

5、 诚实敬业，有强烈的抗压性和责任心，团队精神佳。

1-College degree or above

2-Over 1 year experience in Merchandiser or related area, experiences in related foreign enterprises will be a plus.
3-Familiar with the process of import and export, and the transportation as well.
4-Fluent English both of written and verbal, good computer skills, strong skills of communication. Able to work independently

5-honest, Strong sense of responsibility, can work under high pressure, team work player.
