We are a French leading transportation and logistics company, with 500 offices worldwide and a leadership position in European, African and Asian markets.
Our rapid expansion in China has given rise to an immediate job opportunity for the following position:

Job Tasks:
Booking follow-up for existing customers
Handle customers’ inquiries (such as schedules, service, documents, shipment status, etc…)
Coordinate with overseas agents (booking instructions, S/O release, etc…)
Liaise with operations and Sales
Send Pre-alert to overseas offices, and shipment follow-up
Invoice checking (customer and overseas’ invoices)
Prepare handover sheet and Monthly Job File lists (to control profit share)
Prepare a `weekly shipment status report’ for the top 5 customers



Requirements:
College degree or above, preferable English or International trade major
1 year minimum working experience in Freight Forwarding industry
Familiar with European market preferred (especially French)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, customer service oriented
Willing and able to work efficiently under pressure
Good working co-ordination, initiative & positive attitude
Mandatory Proficiency in English (min CET4 level) and Mandarin (Cantonese is a plus)
PC knowledge (MS Office)
