职位描述
Main Duties:
? Prepare cash & bank journal book keeping on timely basis
? Cash in hand management, verify valid receipt before payment
? Keep up all account balance everyday and reconcile to the bank statements/cash on hand balances every month end
? Handling routine issues with banks and cash
? Verify vaild invoice with proper approval before arranging payments and post to vouchers in time
? Check receipts/payments to the outstanding accounts receivable & payable
? Verify and check valid receipts for staff expense claims and then arrange reimbursement (should be monthly claim)
? Dealing with the exchange earnings and payment of foreign exchange
? Gather the information, purchase and issue the VAT invoices
? Be responsible for inputting data into accounting system and maintaining related database (available when our system is integrated with Kingdee)
? Please assist accountant whenever it is necessary, especially when the time of yearly audit

? 负责登记现金、银行存款记账
? 检查报销发票确保有效的审批并及时登账
? 跟据己审核之收据／发票办理日常报销及付款工作
? 每月审核员工报销收据并安排款项
? 外汇结汇及外汇收汇、付汇及外管局业务往来
? 购买及开增值税专用发票
? 负责数据录入金蝶系统，并确保系统内之数据正确
? 协助会计进行其它事务，包括年终审计等
Requirements:
? Diploma or certificate of accounting.
? Knowledge in accounting software Kingdee．
? Minimum of two years previous relevant work experience in accounting or related discipline.
? Knowledge in tax return and processing in foreign exchange.
? Good command of spoken and written English.
? Proficiency in computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing).
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills, resilient, independent and able to meet tight deadlines.
