职位描述

Dixon Valve & Coupling Co. USA, a leading supplier of mechanical flow control products to the Oil & Gas, Petroleum, Mining, Construction and Food & Beverage industries. Dixon's key focus is to expand its footprint in the China region through further developing its growing distributor network and providing the highest level of customer service along with Dixon's well known, innovative and reliable products.


Based in our Putuo District office, the successful candidate will be responsible for sales administration and business development and forms the direct link between the customer, distribution, field sales representatives and the company for sales and business development activities.


The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer service role with in similar industries and demonstrate the ability to work in a small team environment in a developing and growing business.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITEIS
Accurately processes quotes, sales orders and arranges deliveries in accordance with the company's marketing policy
Handles and expedites all customer sales orders and service enquiries
Search, screen and generate sales leads, and turn the leads into prospects through telemarketing skills
Initiate appropriate action to cross/up sell the companies products and services through the application of telephone selling skills.
Direct general enquiries into channels appropriate to handle them
Maintains liaison with field sales representative and keeps them informed with developments in there own areas and advise them of new customer contacts and matters such as complaints which affect them.
Make outbound calls to existing customers to improve customer loyalty through the application of customer relationship management
Ensure accurate customer records management
Maintain safe working environment.
Assist with sales, marketing and distribution activities


REQUIREMENTS
A track record exceeding the service demands of distributors, end-users and OEM customers.
Strong skills in computer processing utilizing ERP systems along with Microsoft Excel, Word and Access software.
Independent with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated, result oriented and dynamic.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin would be beneficial.
Experience in electronic / tele-marketing would be an advantage.
Kingdee K3 experience preferred


You will be liaising directly with a range of distributors, contractors and end users. Experience with industrial products and or trade/mechanical background would be highly regarded.
