职位描述
"Assist MKT manager with marketing programs in accordance with business strategy
协助经理推动符合中国业务战略的市场项目；"
"Execute internal & external marketing，customer，sales & competitor analysis;
执行内外部市场，客户，销售和竞争对手分析；"
"Advocate on line brand awareness as well as trade association;
宣传在线品牌认知以及在行业协会的知名度；"

Prepare marketing statistics to measure the evolution of company business versus market progress;
对公司业务的发展和市场环境进行分析
Keep continuous contact to trade association, media and key customer, follow with sales leads;
与行业协会， 媒体，关键客户建立良好的关系， 跟进潜在客户信息；
"Interface and cooperate with overseas requirement;
协助处理海外需求；"
Prepare & Update marketing data & presentations as well as marketing tracking report ;
起草更新部门数据，演示稿和追踪报告。
"Managing and supervising external suppliers，agencies ;
管理与督导市场部供应商、机构和媒体；"
"Coordinate E-marketing including website localization & content management, SEO, online marketing;
协助在中国网络推广，包括：企业网站的本土化、内容管理、索搜引擎优化、网络媒体广告推广；"
Special 特殊职责:
Fulfill special projects or task assigned by manager;
完成经理交办的特殊项目或任务；
Develop good communication & cooperation internal with sales,finance,logistic & external with customers,service provider ; 在公司内部建立畅通的沟通渠道和合作氛围，对内与销售财务物流，对外与客户及供应商；
"Provide ideas to improve department and company performance;
提供宝贵意见，推动部门和公司改善;"
As a Staff 职员职责:

Qualification 职位要求：
Essential 基础要求:
"Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration，Engineering, Chemistry, Finance etc ;
工商管理，机械，化学，财务管理等专业本科或硕士学历；"
"2+ year（BD）or 1+ year (MD)of experience in marketing analysis, CRM,in consulting agency or the B2B industrial sector;
本科两年以上硕士一年以上咨询公司或B2B公司的市场分析,客户管理相关经验；"
"Proficient in both Chinese & English, with exceptional writing skill;
中英文流利，擅长两种语言的写作；"
"Solid knowledge of computer software, especially of SPSS, Excel;
扎实的电脑操作能力，尤其是SPSS Excel；"
Responsible & diligent; able to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines while maintaining a high quality of work;
勤奋细致有责任心，能在保证高质量的情况下控制完成多个项目；
"Good ability to analyze need, create plan, communicate clearly and carry out with a sense of order;
条理分明，良好的分析能力，擅长制定计划，并清晰的沟通与执行计划；"
