职位描述
Job Objectives:
The Sales Coordinator needs to support the whole sales team and coordinate with Customers, operations, and overseas partners efficiently to ensure that our services provided meet or exceed customers' expectations.
Lines of communication:
Report to Sales Manager/General Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Receive and reply enquiry calls/emails and arrange the pre-move survey appointment with customers if required.
2. Confirm the appointment time with customer one day before pre-move survey.
3. Prepare all the documents required for pre-move survey and pass to surveyors
4. Type the quotation per the costing done by sales. If required, help to send the quotation out and follow up.
5. If job booked, receive file from Sales, check all the documents and update in system. And pass the file to Import/Export Coordinators to arrange moving.
6. Coordinate with move Coordinators to solve the problem that happens during the packing.
7. Assist account managers to manage corporate accounts.
8. Other jobs assigned by line manager.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or above.
Good English speaking, listening, writing skills.
Pleasant personality.
Must be proficient with software like Microsoft, Excel, Words and Outlook etc.
