Responsibility:
1.Implement legal and compliance processes and standards.
2.Support the business in legal matters.
3.Provide timely and professional legal service to BU/Operation (“Internal Clients”) and ensure company’s business operations compliance with Group Code of Conduct, local laws, industry code and company’s guidelines.
4.Review Contract/PO and other legal documents in the general course of business
5.Support the legal issues consultation.
6.File and manage the business contracts.
7.Manage company certificates and company chop.
8.Carry out other ad hoc assignments, support or activities as required by Operation Head.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree or above
2.Legal background, knowledge in legal English
3.Excellent command of spoken English
4.Proficient writing skills in Mandarin and English
5.Computer literate especially with Excel, Word and Power point
6.Smart Communication Skills, strong Learning Ability
7.Open to change, logical thinker, customer oriented, self motivated, diligent
8.Working experience in the legal / compliance department of multinational companies will be preferred
9.Strong analytical skills, able to work independently and as a good team player
