Due to continuous growth, we are looking for a dynamic individual to fill our newly created position in Shanghai.
Job Responsibility:
？ Issue VAT invoices, assist month end closing
？ Cash management and related bank cases handling
？ Strictly follow company accounting policy to audit office expense and staff T&E
？ Provide backup for GL accountant
？ Provide all kinds of Accounting support of whole sales office
？ Provide clerical and administrative support to the team
Job Requirement:
？ Bachelor degree or equivalent in Accounting / Finance
？ Minimum 1-2 years relevant Accounting / Finance experience with foreign company (preferably foreign trading company). Working experience in US/European company will be advantage
？ Self-initiative, honest, responsibility, able to work independently under pressure
？ Possess good team spirit and communication skill
？ Good command of both written and spoken English
？ Knowledge in Accounting software will be advantage
？ Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word processing
