大中华区业务发展经理/总监

汇报对象:大中华分会理事长

工作职能:

业务发展经理负责为理事会发展公司指定目标客户会员企业和培训课程客户。

任职者负责:

l 发展及实施会员开户计划,成为一名值得客户信赖的顾问并且能够根据一项特定的行动计划找到其中发展学员客户和咨询服务的机会。

l 计划、实施和评估每一年的会员续约战略。包括财务指标研究,业务趋势分析和制定会员续约和发展新会员策略(甲方公司:制造商及零售商)。

l 与重要会员决策者培养长期合作关系

l 在不同阶段与所有其他关键客户分享会员计划并吸引其入会。

l 明确目标客户,培养合作关系并攻克这些客户使其入会

l 找到需要咨询服务的公司并成为其服务供应商

l 找到讲师和顾问并与其一同为会员提供增值服务。


专业知识和技能:

基本要求:

5年以上销售或业务发展相关工作经验

受过大客户销售管理和利益相关者分析的销售培训

优秀销售成果记录

能代表公司与公司会员建立良好关系

优秀的沟通表达能力,组织能力和计划制定能力

优秀的人际交往能力,有团队精神

商务英语交流能力

SCC China Job Specifications

Business Development Manager/Director, Greater China

Reports To: Chapter Director, Greater China


Job Functions:

Business Development Manager/Director is responsible for achieving targeted memberships and training revenue against targeted and named accounts. Sales leads are to be generated from named accounts and formulating a sales approach to such targeted customers. The incumbent will be responsible for:

· Develop and implement membership account plans, be the Trusted Advisor and identify training and consulting opportunities with an action plan;

· Plan, Implement, and Evaluate the annual membership renewal campaign. This includes performance of necessary financial and business trend analysis, and production of plans to both retain existing membership and expand membership base to end-user companies such as manufacturers and retailers

· Nurture long-term relation with key member influencers and decision makers;

· Share the plans on a periodic basis with all other key stakeholders (both on the customer side and internal) and obtain their buy-in and commitment

· Work to identify, target, nurture and attack these named accounts

· Work to develop consulting engagement proposals

· Work with the trainers & consultants to provide value-added up selling

Specialized Knowledge & Skills:

Required

Minimum of 5 years experience in Sales or Business Development

Sales training on Major Account Planning and Stakeholder Analysis

Proven track record of revenue and profitability target achievement

Able to serve effectively as liaison between company and company members

Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, computer and planning skills

Excellent interpersonal skills to work as a team member

Business level English communication skills


Desirable

Logistics and/or Supply Chain Planning experience

3PL and/or consulting background and expertise

Logistics or supply chain related academic background is strongly preferred
