4 Min 2 years experience in automotive or machining manufacture industry as
electrical engineer

6 At least two years working experience in JVs or foreign invested company

岗位职责：

1 Process Support:

－Create electrical maintenance plan (TPM) and implement it
负责做电气维修计划（全面生产维修）并执行此计划
－Solve the electrical problems and daily breakdown
解决电气问题和日常的设备停机问题
－Manage and maintain company PC and server; construct, manage and maintain the network in workshop
生产车间计算机、服务器及网络的建设、管理、维护
－Support and maintain the computer system and software in workshop
生产车间电脑系统及软件的支持与维护
－Collect process data and backup to servo
生产过程数据的采集和备份
－Assist monthly analysis of machine breakdowns due to electrical or program issues
协助分析由于电气或者程序原因导致的设备停机
－Assist on new machines installation and test run
协助新设备的安装与调试
－Assists creating process related documents (PFMEA, Flowcharts, Error-proofing plan, PPAP, APQP, WI, Training documents).
协助制定与工艺有关的文件（PFMEA， 工艺流程图，防错计划，PPAP，APQP，WI 培训记录等）
－Prepare, make electrical drawings, implement and document production improvement proposals.
准备，绘制电气图纸， 执行改进建议，并将实施的文件存档
－Prepare and train operators for new production equipment especially about electrical issues & program use
对新生产设备尤其电气和程序使用的问题对工人进行培训，在此前作培训准备。
－Informs supervisors about all important incidents in his/her area of responsibility.
向技术主管汇报在其承担工作领域内的所有重要事故。

2 Building extension:

- be responsible for the communication with constructure company，design institution and goverment
负责和建筑施工公司,设计院及政府的沟通工作。
- supervise the constructure work on site
管理现场施工工作
- informs DT manager and OM about the important points
向部门经理和运营经理汇报关键工作项目
