职位描述

岗位目标及工作权限Job targets & decision making:

主要工作职责 Main Focus of Duties & Responsibilities:
1.负责监控和优化库存水平,用尽可能低的库存保证高的供应水平;
Monitoring and optimization of inventory , guarantee high supply level with minimum inventory.
2.负责原材料安全库存,最低最高库存的定义,通过协调生产计划员来消除由于原材料短缺导致的生产工时损失
Component safety stock, min and max stock definition, coordinate with production plan to eliminate working lose hour due to component shortage
3. 负责新项目开始,结束和新项目的转换
Coordinate with related department for SOP,EOP and switch of new project.
4.负责和供应商签订物流协议
Sign logistic contract with supplier
5.负责SAP系统基本数据和参数的维护和相关操作
Responsible for basic data maintainance and related operation in SAP
6.负责编制批量生产使用的国际外物料需求计划
Compile and jointly responsible for the international purchasing plan
7.控制物料的订货周期及进度,跟踪配套厂商送货的及时性,并对送货的数量及质量进行有效跟踪
Control and jointly manage the purchasing cycle and schedule of the purchasing parts, track the volume and support DQ regarding quality control of the goods
8.定期对供应商进行评定,并将评定结果通知供应商
Assess the suppliers regularly and inform the suppliers about the results
9.库存分析, 制定降低库存的计划并执行
Inventory analysis, action plan for inventory reduction and implementation
10.物料海外运输成本的控制
Oversea transportation cost control
11.物流工程师的后备人员
Back up of Logistic Engineer
12.供应商交付管理
Supplier management for delivery up-to schedule
13.本地物料运输成本控制
local transportation cost control
14.由于物流原因生产工时损失的报告和分析
Report and analyze for working lose hour due to DL reason
15.材料计划员的后备人员
Back up of material planner
16.SAP 用户
SAP key & end user

任职能力及资格Required Competency & Qualification
1、知识Knowledge
学历Education 大学以上Bachelor or above in logistic management
外语Language 英语流利Fluent English in speaking and writing
计算机Computer skill 熟练运用相关办公软件Excellent ability in using MS office software
2、经验Experience
2年材料计划相关工作经验2 years of working experience in material planning
有项目管理经验为佳prefer having project management experience
至少参与2个项目的实施 involved at least 2 project implement
外企工作经验work experience in large foreign corporations or joint ventures
