主要工作职责 Main Focus of Duties & Responsibilities:
－Ensure & perform mechanical maintenance to support production, test facilities and utility equipment.
确保实施机械维护维修以支持生产、检测设备和动力设备的工作。
－Responsible for mechanical maintenance of all utility equipment (Gas, Heating, Water, Power, Air, Lights), material handling equipment and fixtures.
负责所有动力设备（气、供暖、水、电、灯）、物料处理设备及工位器具的机械维修工作
－Participate daily production meetings.
参与日常生产例会
－Support the supervisor to prepare a planned & preventative maintenance schedule (Planned Maintenance, PM Schedule).
协助主管制定计划和预防性维修维护安排（计划维护维修、PM安排）
－Prepare schedule for regular oil changes (part of PM schedule) and perform accordingly (hydraulic, gear boxes, etc.).
制定定期换油安排（PM安排的一部分）并执行（动力、变速箱等）
－Support supervisor to define safety stock levels for spare parts, fixtures and toolings (mechanical equipment).
协助班长确定备件、工位器具和工装（机械设备）的安全库存。
－Regular review fixtures, toolings and wear parts if they comply to drawings and update their drawings regularly.
定期审核工位器具、工装和磨损件是否与图纸相符，并定期更新图纸。
－Train operators on correct operation of equipment and daily mechanical maintenance (CIL).
培训操作者如何正确使用设备并进行日常机械维护维修（CIL）
－Machine and build simple fixtures.
加工制作简单的工位器具
－Support supervisor to analyze equipment break downs.
协助班长对设备停工进行分析。
－Prepare and document work instructions (WI) for mechanical maintenance tasks (greasing, exchange oil, gear box change, etc.).
制定机械维护维修任务（润滑、换油、更换变速箱等）的工作指导书并进行存档。
－Responsible for unload, position, install and start-up equipment.
负责设备的卸载、定位、安装和启动。
－Inform superior about all important incidents in his/her area of responsibility.
上报领导层其职责领域内所有重要事件。
－Be good active in PPLS and 5S/TPM program.
积极参加PPLS和5S/TPM活动
任职能力及资格Required Competency & Qualification:
1.中专或大专学历College or professional school
2.基本的英语技能Basic English language skills
3.熟练运用相关办公软件Be good at related office software (word,excel,lotusnotes,CAD)
4.四年以上机床/设备维修工作经验More than 4 year working experience in machine maintenance
5.有一年外企工作经验为佳 One year working experience in a JV or foreign invested company is preferred

1.Special training/apprenticeship as mechanic in mechanical industry.
