职位描述

岗位目标及工作权限Job targets & decision making
1、Is responsible for his or her team cost centers together with DP1
与DP1一起负责每个班组成本中心
2、Has instruction authority of the production and sets priorities.
有权对生产组织和生产的优先顺序发出指令
3、Leads in this function the objective to achieve the targets in his/her area of responsibility.
在职责范围内组织领导实现各项指标
4、Participates in decision making process of the department.
参与部门决策
5、Makes personnel decisions.
做有有关人员的决定
6、The workshop coaches, team leaders, workshop engineer and production statistician are reporting to him/her.(as per current
organization chart)
根据目前组织结构图,生产段长,生产班长,现场工程师,生产统计员需要向他/她汇报工作
7、The objectives are generally solved self dependent and efficiently.
独立有效地完成各项指标


主要工作职责 Main Focus of Duties & Responsibilities
1、Production / 生产管理 :
-Responsible for monitoring production objectives (OEE, scrap, capacity utilization, personnel).
负责监督各项生产指标(设备综合效率,废品率,生产能力利用率,生产人员效率)
-Responsible for the monitoring planning of the department (volume, personnel, OEE & scrap target) and communicates targets with management and department.
负责监督部门规划(产量、人员、设备综合效率及废品指标),并且就各项指标与管理层及本部门进行沟通。
-Responsible for improvements through the Kaizen process.
负责生产领域的持续改进
2、Production Support / 生产支持 :
-Responsible for the monitoring of the department (tooling cost, improvement savings, utility cost, G/L proposal) and communicates targets with management and department.
负责制定部门规划(工装成本,降低成本,公用动力成本,建议)并且就各项指标与管理层及本部门进行沟通。
-Responsible for the implementation of the Kaizen process.
负责实施持续改进
-Responsible for machine/assembly process optimization.
负责机器,装配工艺的分析和优化
-Monitor and prepare process documents (PFMEA, Flowcharts, Error-proofing plan, WI, Training documents) for new equipment.
制定新设备过程文件(潜在失效模式分析、流程图、防错计划、作业指导书、培训文件)
-Supervise and prepare manufacturing concepts and evaluate production costs (Invest for machines, Utilization rate, Tooling cost,
Personnel requirements).
督导并制定生产方案并评估生产成本(设备投资、设备利用率、工装成本及人员需求)
-Supervise and Prepare requirement specifications for new equipment (based on Bilstein and Presta TV’s).
督导和制定新设备技术规范(根据普利斯坦的技术规范)
-Support procurement process of manufacturing equipment支持制造设备的采购

3、Personnel / 人员管理 :
-Recruits new department manager & supports recruiting staffs.为部门招聘新员工。
-Direct contact person for all manager. 所有部门经理的直接联系人。
-Review analysis of team bonuses regularly before handed to DH. 定期分析评定奖金评定,随后交与人事部
-Continually improve teamwork (skill/training, motivation, morale, communication).
持续改进团队工作(技能/培训、激励、精神士气、沟通)
-Plan, coordinate and control personnel development. 规划,协调并控制人员的发展
规划、协调并管理部门人员的发展。
4、Other:
-Review layout and provision of rights for the network structure.
负责生产部网络结构布局、规划及权限管理。
-Sets priorities for the departments.
为部门设定工作优先级
-Functions as interface between operations functions, support teams and other departments externally & internally.
是运营部门与内、外部其他部门之间沟通的纽带。


任职能力及资格Required Competency & Qualification
1、知识Knowledge
学历Education本科或以上程度 University degree or above
外语Language良好的英语或德语运用能力Good command in English or German
计算机Computer skill熟练运用相关办公软件Be good at related office software (word, excel, powerpoint,project)
2、经验Experience
汽车或相关行业经验Auto.Industry or related E.1. At least 5 years working experience of manufacture in automotive industry
至少五年在汽车制造行业的工作经验
2. Minimum two year of practice at Shock Absorber Assembly Line Management
至少两年减震器装配线管理经验
管理经验Leadership_ dept.supervisor/manager两年部门主管以上管理经验At least 2 years experience of dept. supervisor or above
项目管理经验Project leader experience要求有1到2个项目领导经验One or two project leader experience is required
项目参与经验Project member experience具有参与项目经验Project experience is required
跨文化工作经验Interculture experience至少两年外企工作经验At least two years working experience in JVs or foreign invested company


3、方法工具及岗位相关技能Methods & process related skills, qualification
1. Knowledge in lean production (JIT & Kanban)精益生产的知识(JIT&Kanban)
2. Basic knowledge of Shock Absorber Product and manufacure process减震器产品和生产流程的基本知识
3. Master in mechanical engineering or similar 精通机械工程或相关知识
4. Basic finance & budget knowledge 基本的财务预算知识
5. Knowledge & experience of TPS 普里斯坦生产物流系统相关知识与经验
6. Understanding of ISO/TS 16949 & ISO 14001 standard & related experience 了解 ISO/TS 16949 & ISO 14001,有相关经验
7. Related QMS & EMS procedures 相关的QMS&EMS流程
