职位描述：

1.监督整个会议的策划及项目运营，诸如：项目主题、预算控制、项目发展、发言嘉宾的邀请及现场协调

2.市场研究，确保会议符合市场需求

3.与领先的协会、公司和顾问发展战略合作伙伴关系

4.确保项目的所有文字资料和会议文件符合市场推广的标准

5.协同市场、运营和公关等部门完成会议项目

6.保持同营销和运营部门进行沟通与协调

7.通过同公司各部门高级经理的沟通调研后，负责会议议程的结构调节
