工作内容：

1. 理解业务需求，能与客户进行交流，提供客户应用系统的技术支持

2. 利用代码分析解决应用问题

3. 协助解决数据库端问题

4. 能独立根据业务需求进行程序增强和定制开发的设计和编码，完成单元测试



专业素质要求：

【Lotus Notes应用支持工程师】

1. 2年以上Domino/LotusNotes6.5/7.0/8.0/8.5.x B/S架构项目的开发/支持维护经验

2. 熟悉Lotus Notes的C/S和B/S系统的开发; 熟悉Lotus Domino/Notes的管理和维护

3. 熟悉Lotus系列软件产品的应用集成和开发，有大型OA系统开发/维护经验者优先

4. 熟悉工作流系统原理，有流程引擎开发经验者优先

5. 了解家电行业的优先
