3.具有贴片元器件或电子专业知识；
4.能吃苦耐劳，人品佳，有较强的工作责任感；
5.有较强的学习能力
6.熟悉SMT生产流程、质量要求，能独立处理生产过程中出现的设备、工艺异常等情况优先考虑。
