Job Responsibility:
? Maintain SMT equipment in good working condition and efficiency.
? Whole SMT line programming and process parameter setup and optimization for various products.
? Analyze and solve problem of abnormal operation of equipment and defective process.
? Optimize cycle time and changeover time.
? Process design and write process documents including work instructions and equipment operating instructions.
? Train operators of SMT line on work instructions, equipment operating, trouble shooting and maintenance.
? Assist Production Supervisor to accomplish production task of SMT line.
? Work with Process Engineer and Quality Engineer on defect analysis, SPC, process optimization, efficiency raising.
? Make suggestions to R&D on PCB design of optimized manufacturability.
? Design and procure stencil and tooling.
? Spare parts and accessory material management.


Candidate Requirements:
? With college or bachelor degree in Engineering or related field.
? With at least 5 years experience in a SMT manufacture.
? Be familiar with in SMT manufacture, reflow and relative standard..
? Generate and update work instruction/SMT line balancing.
? Be familiar with Juki SMT machine.
? Experience on problem solving on manufacturing and testing
? Quick learner
