We are a group of internationally minded luxury specialists committed to China. With deep knowledge and experience in the China market, we advise companies on their long term brand strategy, developing near term tactical planning for execution across communications, product, and retail touch points.

Currently we are seeking for a Senior Account Executive for our event team to manage multiple components of the event program he or she is assigned to. Responsibilities will encompass daily support of all pre-event planning, on-site set-up implementation & post-event evaluation.

Job responsibilities include:
· Develop basic presentation for new or existing pitches as needed
· Assist with the development and research of plans/procedures that may be strategic and creative
· Manage multiple events and Coordinate all operational elements
· Responsible for program set-up
· Manage and review results tracking and wrap-up report development for each account
· Maintain job cost reports, proof and check monthly billable expenses, enter approved invoices into monthly spreadsheets
· Prepare memos, letters, presentations, budgets and conference reports
· Provide support in the key negotiation or liaison within the Event Implementation
· Help Account Director in various jobs
· Insure deadlines are met and event quality to company standard
· Cultivate relations with clients both internally and externally
· Travel and weekend/holiday work as needed
· Other related duties as reasonably assigned

The ideal candidates will have / be:
· Interested in luxury / lifestyle brands, media and communications
· 3+ year’s event marketing experience (Client/Agency/Media)
· Excellent Communications skills
· Superior organizational skills, careful attention to details and the ability to multi-task
· Strong ability to work as part of a team and under pressure
· Demonstrate initiative and solve problems independently
· Executionally oriented - has experience in handling and managing projects
· Effective, Organized, Systematic and a strong team player
· Native Chinese and eloquent/fluent in English
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (in particular PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access a plus)
